By accessing and using the Hapticsad website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Hapticsad provides digital marketing services including social media marketing, social media advertising, website development, and SEO services. All services are subject to individual agreements and proposals shared with each client.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information required for service delivery.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule and pricing plan.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Payment is due as specified in the proposal or invoice. Monthly services require advance payment before the start of each billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables created by Hapticsad become the property of the client upon full payment. Hapticsad reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Hapticsad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
